Plug & Play

Take your business phone with you. You can unplug the phone and bring it home. You will need a good internet connection though. 

 

Voicemail Box

Each user has its own voicemail. Messages are automatically sent to the user’s email address.

 

Do Not Disturb

Enabled it when you don’t want to be disturb, all calls go straights to your voicemail.

 

Caller-ID Number – Works only if user has a phone number associated with it. 

Choose what number is displayed on outgoing calls: Main company number or direct line.

 

Groups

Create calling groups by adding users to it. Each group can have its own phone number where calls rings to ALL users within that group. 

 

Devices

Devices are USER SPECIFIC. Each user has a device attached to it. 

 

Find Me/Follow me

For users that have multiple devices, this feature allows the user to distribute the incoming call so each device rings one after the other instead of all at the same time.  

 

User conference bridge – only works if there is a phone number for the conference bridge.

The conference number can be either an extension or a real number. Each user can have their own meeting room on the conference bridge and a PIN. 

 

Call Forwarding

Use can forward their calls directly to a mobile or a landline. NOTE: This bypasses the device and rings directly to the forwarded line. User can select for the device to also ring by login in their user portal and enabling this in the Settings & Devices.

Incoming Call Handling

There are 3 choices on how to handle the incoming call:

  1. Virtual reception: this is when your customers here a recording greeting asking them to choose the options depending on what department they are looking to speak with.
  2. Incoming call goes to a user/group/device etc. and then to the virtual reception if there is no answer
  3. Incoming call goes to user/group/devices and then to user/group/devices. In this scenario, the caller doesn’t get to the virtual receptionist at all. 

The users, groups and devices have to be previously setup before getting to this area. 

 

Virtual receptionist

  1. Callers can dial a person extension from here. Or the caller can be routed to the group/user/device etc. setup in there. 
  2. Greetings can be added via text-to-speech, upload your own file, or record it from the phone. You can also choose it from an existing recording.

 

Main Conference Number

The number can be a real number or an extension off the main line. The extension is an added feature which needs to be setup by our internal staff. You can also create a custom greeting for this. There are two ways to get into the bridge. 

  1. Dial the phone number, then the Personal Conference Room number and then the PIN.
  2. If dialing from a device on the system, user can simply dial the main conference room EXTENSION, followed by the Personal Conference Room number and then the PIN.

 

USER PORTAL

 

Users within the company have access to the user portal where they can manage their voicemails and faxes, review their call history and enable some limited features for their devices.

Manage your voicemails from this tab. You can easily see your latest voicemails, listen to them, save or delete them.

Settings & Devices

Enable call forwarding and voicemail to email and add the corresponding information needed. 

 

CONFERENCE MANAGER

 

Call-in Numbers

The number can be a real number or an extension off the main line. The extension is an added feature which needs to be setup by our internal staff. You can also create a custom greeting for this.

 

Create Conference

This feature allows the user to create a conference room and set the moderator and participant pin, name of the conference. NOTE: The Conference ID Number can NOT be left blank.

 

Once the conference has been created, the user can invite participants within the system through the system. Outside participants have be invited via a meeting request or email. 

 

User can monitor the conference via this interface.
